Help answer this question below.
I'm usually a suffer in silence sort of person. Though I probably curse loudly at the moment when the pain is caused.
I keep it to myself but don't like to be around people while I'm in pain. Not good.
NO, not at all.... but I just can't shut up when I am extremely happy!!
When I suffered from stones in my kidney I shouted loud.
No, I'm a silent sufferer.
If it's only a slight pain, I usually say a few words I shouldn't.
No, because I am the one causes the pain...mwa ha ha!
No, if it gets really bad to the point where I can't simply control it, I generally resort to cussing! : D
no, not unless its horrible pain
No. I sleep it out.
No, I don't understand the compulsion to scream. All it does is tense the body, and in many cases, that will make the pain worse. I will get real quiet, close my eyes and experience it.
not really,
I usually just stay perfectly still and don't let the pain show, I might wince or something, but thats about it
Not really, my tattoo on my shoulder blades though i had to scream. It freaking hurt.
yes
Not too loudly.
No, I have the survival instincts of a small prey animal and generally try to hide my pain; also I freeze when I'm terrified.
It's different when we're talking about chronic pain when I'm alone with my wife, though: then I'm a whiner.
Not usually.

No, i don't think anyone does. In the movies they do which is kind of stupid. Normally shouting just takes up a bunch of energy. i just bite really hard and squeeze something and hold my breath.
No. I hardly can stand it. There is always some nut shouting at you "are you okay?" for eternity not getting that you DON'T want to talk right then. LOL!
kinda quiet but when i talk to my parents i have to yell cause right now my upper admen is hurting and im tryin to be quiet so it doesnt hurt but i gotta yell so it sucks.
Hell yes! There are exceptions. If I know it's coming, like a shot, or piercing I don't shout, just grimace. Now for a tattoo, no matter how bad it hurts I try to look as though I am having noon tea or something haha.
I really do not feel the need to express my fain with facial expressions or comments. I remember when I was fifteen, I broke my arm while playing football and I did not cry or scream, but remained motionless and calm. Sometimes, it scares me for not crying out in pain, for it shows that I do not care much for my own personal health.
I remain quiet as I don't want to alarm anybody. I take it all in!
usually pretty silent or just quiet moans or cries for me
I am very quiet, tears will streak down my face, I suffer from sciatica and pain can be horrific
yup, and scream, yelp, shriek and swear!!!
Not if it is an ongoing pain. Those sudden ones, though, like getting hit in the shin with a bat, will bring a noise that might be called a shout.
I try not to, but if it's really bad I just can't control it! My daughter heard me giving birth to my son from the waiting room, LOL! She told me for a long time she was never having children!
Never, i roar! lol
No I just make stupid faces!
No, I'm sure I react differently to dif kinds of pain.
nope. I have a cronic pain, so I got use to keeping it to myself.
No, I usually moan.
No..I have an " I refuse to do that" rule :)

on second thought. It depends on the pain. If I fall and hurt my foot or something along those lines, I don't really shout. However, I shouted every time I got spanked by my mom. And this is the reason, I would not raise my kids, if I had any, with corporal punishment. And all this "it teaches right and wrong" crap. Does not get through my ears at all. It is just an excuse that people use to make themselves feel less guilty, than they are. Just my two cents.
