Help answer this question below.

What other kinds of pain are similar to heart attack pain, and what might their sources/causes be? (Example: How fast would a car crash into a pedestrian for the pedestrian to feel the same amount of pain as a heart attack?)

    I personally havent ever had a heart attack but i have collapsed my lungs 3 times and from what i have experienced it is very simular to a heart attack. my left side and arm went numb my chest got really tight and i couldnt hardly breath at all it is a horrible fealing i would wish it on anyone.
