Outside of English, 'u' is NEVER pronounced 'yoo',. but always simply 'oo'. In Czech 'H' is quite a strong, almost gutteral sound, similar to the 'ch in 'Bach' or in the Scottish word 'Loch', although close to a gutteral 'g' sound (therefore, a little softer than 'ch'). The Czech capital Prague in Czech is spelt Praha and is pronounced almost as if it has a 'g' in the middle, though with the same gutteral inflection I have described above for 'Husa'. Another useful note is that, in Czech, the stress is always on the first syllable, no matter how many syllables there are. I hope this helped a little.
