Read this book called 10-10-10-.Think about if I did this thing what would the effect be in 10 minutes,in 10 months in 10 years.Should I go ahead & do it?Also pray about it for guidance in what would be for my & highest good.Go for a walk,meditate.go on AB,read a book see a movie.Distract myself.Worry is like being in a rocking chair,it gives you something to do,but in the end it doesn't get you anywhere.don't know who said that but it's a good point.

The question is vague. Do about what..recreation, job, finances, relationships, life choices, etc? You could try professional counseling, life coaching, hypnotherapy, or joining a like-minded interest group in your area. There are all sorts of people out there willing to share and help. Good luck.
