Cold pizza is always good, especially when it's been left in the fridge for the cheese to go all hard.

I agree on the Lasagna and Pizza and also (for some reason) I love left over mashed potatoes, heated up with lots of butter and pepper.mmmmm

lasagna or most italian makes great left overs because the flavors seem to blend with the extra time. Home made soup is always better the next day too for the same reason.

Lasagna. Sometimes my wife will make a big pot of soup that will last 2 or 3 days that is also quite yummy.

Chilaquiles. For some reason the next day it tastes much better; it has got to do with the sauce being absorbed better. Hmm!! :)
