Yes, otherwise there is no way I can make a good list of what I need and I might miss something. I don't go to town often, so I really do need to get things in one trip.

Always, I also make sure I eat before I go shopping otherwise I buy all sorts of nonsense that I don't need!

Yes I actually do. I make a list and somewhere between my house and the store......I LOOSE THE DAMN THING! LOL +5 :-)

..yea kinda...have a running list, if I run outta something I put it on list....but sometimes shopping is real spur of the moment when I actually have time..so things get forgotten.....all the time..

Yes, I do. After years of ordering groceries for the store, it has become habit to do the same at home.
