Well, you have to pucker up to know for sure, but if the person has thin lips and a small mouth, they probably won't be a very good kisser. You don't need to have bee-stung, Angelina Jolie lips to be a good kisser, but people with bigger lips are usually more sensual, while people with thin lips are uptight.

No I don't think the persons lips mean anything aabout how well they kiss. I do notice the lips/smile & eyes first thing though. And if those lips looked kissable I might just wanna! LOL +5
