Induced lactation means stimulating a milk supply. Regular expression of the breast will stimulate milk production. Some medications and herbal remedies have also been found to stimulate milk production and increase milk supply. Induced lactation is more common among adoptive mothers wishing to breastfeed their babies.
I don't suppose that this can be done naturally. You would most likely need to get pregnant and start breastfeeding again.
However, hormonal injection can do the trick, like probably oxytocin. I've only heard this done on seals though, not humans unfortunately (or i might not be up to date).

I don't believe you can give milk after you have dried up. Check with a medical professional. I truly believe unless you have a baby you can not give milk.
