I am both, as we all are. The line between sociology and psychology is very, very blurry. That's why we have an entire discipline dedicated to Social Psychology. How we work internally (psychology) has a lot to do with how we are raised in our culture (sociology). How our culture functions has a lot to do with how we work internally, as well.
