Sometimes, but other times you get the idiots and trolls to answer your questions and things get a whole lot worse for you. EDIT: Don't get me wrong, I am all for AB. The great people on AB have talked me out of suicide several times, and help me get through my dark and abused life.

1) It is certainly for a few hundred people to spend their time in an interesting manner. 2) As to the answers that you get to your questions, there are some which are helpful because they make you laugh, communicate with people, learn new things. 3) And you get sometimes helpful answers when you need them. But don't rely too much on this.
