Just LOVE them. They're close to being my favourite food. When I got sick as a kid I always asked for tomatoes. Cold, cut into bite size pieces with a fine sprinkle of salt. They never failed to cheer me up!

Any way they are served, I love them,..raw and salted, with cottage cheese, sliced, on sandwiches or hamburgers, stewed, with sugar or with hot sauce, or in stews. I also love tomato juice, plain, or with hot sauce in beer. Ketchup rules, on french fries, fish, beans, and even on egg omelets....

I think they could be a little more honest about being a fruit and stop hiding behind "oooooooo look at me, I'm a succulent vegetable".....maybe knowing that mamma's famous italian sause is a bald face lie, and actually a fruit dish, would be too tramatic?

I love them! And all their varieties! I am growing odd ones this year - Black russian and green sausage as well as roma , gartenperle and brandywine. They should be a lot of fun! And them keep me company

I like them very much. In fact I eat more tomatoes than any other type of fresh fruit/vegetable.
