no teenage males are going through puberty and hormone increases, and its just how the body is. ALL teenage boys are sexually tuned, because its the whole "survival of a species instinct" humans are just another species of animals and they work the same way no matter if were civilised or not the bodies still the same. but if someones not ready to have intercourse they should tell the other person no and if they try to physically force them too have intercourse, to tell someone. if a couples ready for intercourse, then take precautionary steps.

no they are not but they are tuned to it once they hit puberty its just one of those things boys should understand if a girl is ready or not and if she says no it means no - if they dont there not worth it anyways and if they force them selves onto a girl she should tell someone even if its hard
