In Islam we belive in that (as Mohammed said) when you pray one thing or three will happen: either 1- god answer you. 2- god give you something else you need or prevent something bad that would happed to you. 3- god will postpone the answer till the day of judgment. So we belive that pray can't be lost

Well, it seems reasonable to assume you're female. So God is just doing what's best for you. God knows that if he gave you the enhancements you asked for you would lose sight of right and wrong.
