There's an old joke about a lonely guy sidling up besides a very attractive woman at a bar, and asking her if she'd go to bed with him for a million dollars. Without much thought, she say, "Yes." "Would you do it for $1.00?" he counters. Outraged, she sputters, "What kind of woman do you take me for/" "We've already established that." he smirks. "Now we're just haggling about the price." So I guess the term High-class Hooker is really nothing more than another common oxymoron.
