If light is made of energy particles called "photon" and photon emits energy in the form of light, what makes sense? Is photon emitting its own self?

what do you call light? i call the lessening of the amount of pulses sent by the rods and cones in my eye, caused by a chemical reaction that is influenced by the energy of a photon, light. Photon's are light, they don't give it, they are it. you can't see a photon unless it happens to hit your retina

Good question. The photon is the basic unit of electromotive force AND the force carrier of that force. It doesn't emit -- it IS. The mind boggles. :)

"photon emits energy in the form of light" does not make sense. A proton, with an 'r', could emit energy in the form of light (photons).

Photon doesn't emit light. Photon is light. Wiggling charged object emits photon(s), which is a unit of light, which is a form of energy.

If we consider light as particle then only we can say light is made up of photons. Light is a form of energy.When photon runs with such a speed so that it transfer into energy and this energy is only called a light. for eg: house is made up of bricks when bricks are arranged and cemented house is made. {{{{Quite good question and base challenging also}}}}
