I NEVER skip breakfast!! never did, never will...I had one huge slice of whole grain bread with Smart Balance peanut butter and strawberry butter...and coffee...with low fat condensed milk and some stevia for sweetening..

I had what is called "upma", in Tamil. Its something made out of "Sooji". Don't really know the name in English :(

I've skipped breakfast in the past, but never do now. It's never good to skip a meal. I usually just have a bowl of cereal and coffee in the morning.
