    Chem trails are either a govenment conspiracy

    OR the result of too much chemical spraying causing white trails depending apon what you believe

    Ostensibly, chem-trails are aluminum and titanium particles legalized by government mandate to supposedly repel the effects of a diminishing protective ozone layer around the earth. Are they effective? Are they harmful? Aluminum is known to be a large factor in Alzheimer's Disease which has over the past 5 years become epidemic in proportion.
    I'd say the question of harmful is still "up in the air".
