Giving "it"? By "it" I assume you mean having sex willingly. The males of our species would just take like they do so often in so many places, but if sex ended for everyone then yes, life would grind to a halt for all but those who could afford procedures and not enough of them could sustain the planet long enough. So without sex, yes, life grinds to a halt and life is extended for short periods for the wealthiest. After their kids die off there would be nobody left to clean their garbage up and since they're to lazy to do it for themselves then game over.
