No preference. Football is better (real football, not the padded American version), because people of any build can play it.

Union, it is the game they play in heaven and the gentleman's game. I may be biased, as i am a rugby player of 20 years.

I enjoy both codes. Love the Warriors and I love the Hurricanes. Sucks though that we lost last years final to those darned Crusaders. Getting sick of them. However I tend to lean more into the Union, because there are more countries involved in the game rather than league, I love watching international games than club.

Rugby League is a more exciting code in my opinion. It demands a far higher fitness level than Union, and because there are no rucks, mauls or lineouts, there is a much faster tempo to the game. Not only that, but there are more tries scored in League, wheras there are far too many penalty goals in Union. In league, i support the Warrington Wolves, while when I watch Union, i support Sale Sharks

Union is the smarter game League is just running forward In Union they actualy use the scrum to earn possesion and the other team can get a turn over. In League they may as well tap the ball on there foot! League is just alot more repetitive
