Dose SP1 & 2 need to be installed before SP3? Or can one just download SP3?

usually the SPs are not upgrades, but full versions and overwrite the prior. It can vary for each software. If your talking Windows just let it do automatic update. You would have to find out whether they were upgrades or full versions if not.
