No idea on the name, i think there are many, but i heard they actually work so good luck with that...or be careful, it depends.

Could it be an Akua'mma figure from the Asante people in Ghana? They usually have a circular, large head, reminiscent of the moon, and they are fertility dolls.

I know two famous African goddess of fertility Hathor of ancient Egypt and Asase Ya of Ashanti people of Ghana.I think image that you have,represents one of them. In many African gods and goddess there are abnormal proportions of body.
