Try the easy way first. Go talk to his parents. Maybe they will sympathize with you, but they probably dont want him around either. Good luck. If he isn't paying rent go to the courthouse and file a restraining order. You will have to have a good "reason" so be prepared. State the situation and whether he has threatened you, etc.--or whether you are afraid of him.Then pack his things, deliver them to his parents, and change the locks. Leave a note on your door to tell him not to come back PLUS a copy of the restraining order. Tell your neighbors about the situation. If he continues to come around call the police immediately. If he is paying rent you will have to evict him. Start with giving him a WRITTEN "30 day Notice to Move". You might be able to agree on giving back the paid rent if he leaves early. If he still refuses to leave, you will have to go to court to legally evict him. This is time-consuming and can cost court/legal fees. It may not be worth it. If you are a renter you might just consider moving yourself. Try the easy way first.
