Is it normal for my homeowners association to charge $65 for Owner Occupancy certification? Basically this is just info regarding owner vs rental occupancy ratios. Why wouldn't they have this information readily available to homeowners?

I believe this election was tamoered with since the guy running for office went door to door to get as many proxy votes to ensure his winning......also the Treasurer did the same thing. Can we call for a re-count only using members present in the meeting?

It would all depend on what your CC&R's state. Each HOA has its own set of rules.
