Type. When I try to write fast, I usually can't read it after.

I write faster though reading it proves to be somewhat difficult at times.
-
Wow, looks like I'm in the minority. I write miles faster, although my typing is getting alot quicker actually since coming on AB.
-
Typing, definitely. I do about 50wpm, and I only use two fingers on each hand.
-
Write! The qwerty layout does my head in
-
Typing, defiantly, about 55 wpm at fastest.
-
I type faster. When I write I have to think about what I want to say and how to say it, but when typing, I can actually record my thoughts verbatim because it's alot quicker.

Actually, they are about equal. i have so many police reports to write each day, that my writing is really close to my typing speed. All of this is about to change. my department is installing portable laptop computers, that can be taken out of the car and inside to type a reports, then to a computer. pretty neat. Right now they are equal. soon, my typing will take over the writing. Just to keep in shape writing, i plan on writing a love note to my wife at least once a week. Ain't that sweet?
-
Around the same. Perhaps write a little faster as it takes slightly longer to type a capital letter and I don't make typos
-
I type faster but I write pretty fast in cursive.
-
i seem to write faster but when i am finished i can bearly read it.lol
-
I type faster than i write. its really cool.
-
Definitely type faster - not to mention that the end result is much more legible! I can't count how many times I've taken notes furiously in class, only to look back at them later and realize that I can't read my own writing! Typing is much better, because even if I make a typo, or misspell something, I can still understand what I meant.
-
Type usually but only on my PC I do write pretty quickly but it is undecipherable
-
it depends on how much stuff is on my desk, in my way to the keyboard. if there is a lot i write faster, if there isn't, i type faster. and typing on a typewriter is the slowest, that is even slower then writing with a pen and ink jar.
-

I think type but my spelling suck for both of them lol

G'day Cazhead, Thank you for your question. I would type faster than I write with the added bonus that other people can read it after I've finished. Regards

-
I type faster... which can be a blessing or a curse. Teachers like things typed out, but you can't carry a computer with you everywhere.
-
Neither. I speak faster. Whenever I write my hands shiver a lot. I don't typing tooo.
-
I used to write faster than I typed, but now it's vice versa.
-

write
-
Type, my handwriting is shocking!
-
Depends - do you want to read it when I get through? If so, then I'd better type. If penmanship isn't a big deal, I can scribble with the best of them!
-
I write faster in "health care sloppiness" but can type 85wpm, however I do not always have a computer....so it varies which I will do and what I can read post meeting/conversation!!
