  • I'd say so. As long as the job is done is all im concerned with. My old job, was a mens merchandise coordinator. And we were forced to lie and say we loved our job in order to keep it...how delusional is that manager.
  • Absolutely.
  • I don't think so. Hatred is a very negative feeling, which can affect feelings or emotions of other people, set them in a bad mood, etc. etc. Either carry your burden with dignity, or sit at home alone and leave your misery to yourself. Because people around you are not responsible for your bad choice of occupation. (Nothing personal, just generally speaking)...
  • They're more honest about it. And hatred motivates.
  • Not if the negativity serves to stress co-workers and make their jobs more unpleasant. I have worked with people who talk all day about the rottenness of the job, and THEY are the worst thing about it.
  • Not at work as it causes stress for the other workers to have a complainer around all the time.
  • I don't think it's healthy as the negativity about the work would probably reduce the effective and whoever has hired you might not like that or wold be concerned that the negativity might rub off on others. I don't see how you can do an excellent job of something if you hatge it so much.
  • No, all your doing is beating yourself up doing that, if you dont like it quit and find something you dont mind doing, dont waste time and someone elses time hating your job; most employers really clue in on the attitude factor. A hobby with friends (not coworkers) can help you deal with a crappy job.
  • You should find a job that you really like. Stop wasting your life doing something you hate. It's not good for you or your company.
  • I think so. Not everyone can love their job, and if they do it well, then why should you have to pretend.
  • Yes,my father didn't like working for GE,but he stayed with it for 27 years, then he went to GM and didn't especially enjoy that one either,,,,BUT he did it for as many years as possible,so,your job sucks, bear with it,but start looking for another position with the same,or more,pay/benefits. If you are American I would have to say, keep the job you have,1 out of every 10 are unemployed, don't increase that stat if you can help it.
