I'd email the Safer Foundation through their "contact us" button on the far right of their webpage: http://www.saferfoundation.org/viewpage.asp?id=4 They work in Illinois, but maybe they can tell you who does what they do for people in Michigan. Put "Attention: Ms. Diane Williams" in your email. (She is their president). Good luck, Mike. Wish I had a better contact to offer.
