If it were me, now, I can manage to get things back in the right way and I know how to deal with it. But for a school kid, I think the parents to take care and make sure such things don't happen at school. It can affect them mentally too.

Here ias what I would do: I'd talk to the Pricipal and threaten if she doesn't stop it I am going to complain to the highest manager and she will be out of job. I am very tough and straight forward about these things.
