If I ever get out from under this house... I will NEVER own a home ever again. Townhome maybe... Apartment if it is nice, but a home...Never again!

I love living in a single family home. I've lived in apartments and it's just living too close to everyone. We could always hear everything everyone else was doing! I like my space and yard!

I prefer the single family home ... However; in an apartment adn a townhouse ; you usually have someone to take care of your yard and do all the maintaince for you ....

I think I would prefer an apartment just because I do not have a big family. Therefore a small home would do. But I won't mind spending some good part of my income if prices in the Laguna Beach Real Estate drop further. http://www.lagunaoc.com/laguna-beach-homes
