If you are speaking of Devil May Cry I'd have to go with Dante for sheer style and ability, though Virgil is like, Itachi, or Byakuya, or Sesshomaru, in the way he is totally calm but could totally whoop your arse. In writing I would have to go with Dante, because the Divine Comedy has been a great insparation(sp.) for a book I've been working on. The Aeneid isn't that bad a tale, so again Virgil comes in second.
