Earlier today I just got back from a short break in Rome.. In Italy the food was good.Very good indeed. but?? I have discovered one amazing thing that raises a question? Is it possible to water down soup? The soup we had in Italy almost needed a ladder to help it up.. My perfect soup should enable you to stand a spoon in it! I did nearly win the prize for finding the beef in beef soups..but because it was so small the judges threw out my findings due to lack of evidence..

I would be very particular about my soups but I would not be rude to people and yell at them or forbid them to have any of my soup.
