The last time a site went all glitchy like this, it was because the owner abandoned it and it died. What are the chances AB is dying?

Hey Lady. It is so frustrating and I hope it dies. That said, you know a lot more about internet sites than I do I'm sure. I'd be interested to know your thoughts on this.

I don't know if it's dying but it's definitely ill. Hair and toenails already fell out. Teeth are pretty loose, too. Eyes are pretty bad, also. Can't tell a nonsense question from a genuinely good one.

Isn't someone currently running it? If it was left to die, one would think that the blog would feature some kind of notice about this. Otherwise that's just RUDE.

Instead of two people running the site, now there's only one (Rich). He also has a full-time job as a professor's assistant. THAT said, Demand Media have been using the AB programmers to work on new stuff (it's in one of the blogs, I believe). AND, just before all this happened, they apparently changed the servers, and the Linux version they were using. I don't know if any programming changes were needed or done, but it's possible. They may also have included a number of other changes. And, all of them, together, seem to have caused a number of glitches, which, I believe, they are currently working on. Have faith... Have patience... AB will be back up to par, soon, I'm sure. ;-)

Yeah Yarnlady. I have run out of questions for now so can't help much. Moonchild holds the whole thing together on my side of things. I miss you, carboproduct, tellitome and others I can't think of for now. I wonder if my silly answers have anything to do with the dip, naw, they just have to ignore me if they like.
