it is called dendraphobia. (Greek for 'trees' is dendra)
Having googled it, I was surprised to find that it is not as uncommon as I had thought - there is even a website about it!

I liked the trees but i would get scared when im in the car and i would lay down and look upside down and the sky and trees i would get scared

Dendrophobia is the fear of trees or the fear of the forest. No I can't say they have ever bothered me :o)
