Anyone gotten horrible stomach troubles from Levaquin antibiotic? My stomach is literally killing me :(

While Levaquin is generally seen as being well tolerated by most people, the antibiotic does cause some side effects. The most common are nausea, diarrhea, itching, abdominal pain, dizziness, and flatulence. i found this on www.levaquin.head-trauma-resource.com i think if the pain is bad you should go and get checked out by your doctor.

The advice by Staffie to see a doctor is good advice. What you may not be aware of is that your digestive system has its own flora colony, and when you takes antibiotics, it not only kills the bad bacteria, but the good as well. Killing the good bacteria can result in stomach upsets.
