  • I was popular, but not in the "popular" crowd. I did plays and sang in shows, so everyone knew who I was, but I hung out with everyone that I liked, not just one group of people.
  • I was a band geek, but not one of the really geeky ones. I was one of the more laid back band geeks.
  • no. I hung with people that who liked me for me not to be part of a click.
  • At first I hung out with the popular kids, when I realized they were all a bunch of superficial dicks I hung out with who ever I wanted. Mostly the pot heads cuz they were the most fun.
  • Im still in highschool. There are 6 groups: really popular girls group kinda popular girls group nerdy girls group really popular boys group kinda popular boys group nerdy boys group im in the kinda popular girls group, but i have friends in the really popular girls group
  • I was popular after my freshman year, when I got involved in sports - basketball, track and cross country.
  • I'm in highschool and im in that group of people who are just completely random and relate wayne brady to sunflower seeds and that animals sing about getting to open one of your christmas presents on christmas eve. Its an awesome group
  • band geek for three years. loner for one :(
  • I'm relatively popular in my group. However, my group consists of me. Not really much of a group, is it? I'm too violent to be popular really. Most people seem to think I am foreign because they can't understand what I am saying to them. I actually just speak English, but apparently anything above a grunt is pushing it. I don't try and conform, so I am just a happy little individual
  • i was highly popular in the shop and detention groups.
  • When I was a freshman I was a geek. When I was a senior I was sort of in the retinue of one of the popular people which also afforded me quite a bit of populatarity.
  • You've got to be joking right? Hey, I'm the most popular person in my group. The problem arises when you learn that I'm the only member of said group. I could be in a real group, but I don't want to go on a long and boring tangent about why I am a recluse.
  • Back in the 80s, the groups were known as Rednecks, Potheads and Jocks. I was a jock. Somewhat popular but stupid. My senior year class schedule was: PE 3 hour Block of Graphic Arts 3 hour block of Food Service Advance PE What were my parents thinking?
  • i'd now like to quote a classmate when my wife asked him what i was like in high school. "this was the guy who wouldn't say $hit all class, then all of a sudden he'd say something so funny you'd laugh until you $hit your pants" i grad'd in the early 90's there were skaters/freaks(you were a freak if you looked like a skater and hung around with them but didn't skate), nerds, and the popular kids(there was no name for the group we just called them each their own equally degrading name. i was a freak. pants 10 sizes too big, hair was dyed purple with coolaid and i had dreadlocks. but there were alot of us so yeah i guess i was pretty popular.
  • I was the one that it was cool to hate.
  • No I wasn't popular. I was harassed because I was a black woman dating a white guy. But what's nice is we went to our 30th high school reunion all the people that bothered us were either in bad relationships or divorced.
  • Yeah, I was pretty popular. I guess I would fit into the "jock" category, just because I played sports. People also called me a "punk rocker",...I dont think I am though.
