...my pinky toe and try to trip them on their little skinny bird legs, and then point and laugh as they brush off their feathers.

Black oil sunflower seeds mixed with a bird mixture of seed....I mix them because if I only put out the bird mix I use then it is gone in no time and is expensive. It brings in quite the variety of birds I clean out my pantry a few of times a year and throw the contents out in the back yard....chips, crackers, cereal...etc...My squirrels love spicy Doritos but they drool when they eat them.....LOL....

I put out a shower for them. I tried to shoot the Robins with a water gun to chase them off my deck railing (where they poop after eating next door). Some of them just sat there and let me give them a bath.

Bird seed.. we have a half dozen feeders, but it's a chore to fill them all up especially the ones i haven't filled for a while and the old seed grows start sprouting in the bottom. I love watching the sparrows.. I learned a lot watching them.. Blue jays i try to nail with the pellet gun only because they kill my gold fish, :/
