  • According to my body... it can take me a whole week to recover!!
  • Your body will recover when you next get a good few hours sleep.
  • It depends...different people need different amounts of sleep (anywhere from 7 to 10 hours is typical). On average though, I have found it take two nights of more than usual sleep to catch up. If you deprive your body of sleep on a regular basis though, it changes. You will begin to feel more tolerant of it but over the long run, you can send your body in to an actual medical condition called "Chronic sleep deprivation". Then your body will start to rebel against your efforts to stay awake and you can end up falling asleep just about anywhere. • That really depends on the person. Most people I know can get right back on track, but I've been known to go nocturnal for over a month. I'd say just go with it; you'll slowly adjust back to normal sleeping hours automatically.
  • I find that the next day I am OK but the following day is when it hits me. So I guess about two days.
  • NEVER...lol! That's how I feel, anyways!
