As of this date Nancy Pelosi is the Speaker of the US House of Representatives. That makes her 2nd in line of succession, after VP Biden, to the US Presidency. Ms. Pelosi is a representative of the state of California in the San Francisco area. She is a member of the democratic party, a Catholic, and a mother of 5.

She a very controversial but respectable woman/politician. She commands a large, loyal and liberal East and West coast following, beginning with her district in rich, high-tech and liberal San Francisco. She is an expert fundraiser and she is a powerful, smart, chic female, and the first woman to lead the US House of Representatives. In this role, she is only several heartbeats away from the White House. More importantly, she has a Democratic Majority and a Democratic President Obama to support her goals, and they all owe her for helping them get elected. Like her or not (and a lot of people never like strong women) she is a force to be reckoned with, and she is young and strong and will probably influence US and world politics for year to come.

She is a woman.She repersents a district in California.A Demorcrat.Currently Speaker of the House.The question is by some in California.Does she repersent that district for the job of public service?.Or for the power and prestige it brings?..The same could be asked of any I suppose.Is My opinion.Doesnt make it right or wrong.Just Mine.
