Is there a habit that you have when you wake up? It could be as simple as preparing coffee and reading the newspaper, or something else..

Yes. I have two large windows in my apartment that open to the south and east. First thing I do upon awakening is to open the blinds in those two rooms.

hit snooze roll over, and repeat every 9 minutes.

I always open the shade in the bedroom right away! Just to see the weather and if the sun is shining, I will just leave it open. :))

Put on my glasses and go take a whiz.

Make two cups of coffee and warm up a muffin. Sit in front of TV watching Morning Joe.

I smoke a cigarette while I pee.

I check my emails,just in case someone wrote me.Or i got a job offer. :D
