All I know Is that there are a lot of people from all kinds of different places and different ages and I am not old..I'm In my late 20's.

Not a good question to ask since theres so many lol. Beacause the older, the generally more intelligent and experianced and witty! they can keep a much better debate up! (not blowing my own trumpet, im only seventeen lol)

I think this is a site that appeals to people who are a bit more mature. It is a place where people actually want to grow and get help and older people are sometimes the best people to offer this help. Don't put them down, they are some of the most valuable people we have in this life.

Age is relative. This site is enjoyed by people of all ages and as such people of all ages are welcome . How would you feel if the older people got together and asked for some of the younger element to be removed. I know I would not like that to happen any more than I would wish to lose the wisdom of the older members. IMHO some of the older members could be rather offended and think you are being very rude.

What do you consider old? And most really young people don't know how to say more than two words. I see you're more advanced than most and can say nine.

Because old people have lots of time to try to be like young people. They think that getting in on Joel's Web 2.0 lovechild will make them feel young again.

I like to talk to allot of people older than me to gain knowledge and advice. They are a great source of wisdom ( they been there ). I would feel bad if somehow i offended my elders. I guess respecting your elders is old school and out of style these days.

well why dont young idiots listen to old folks ah ha good question should have asked that dammit someone allready did. well lets see if i can put it this way when face to face do younger folks listen NOPE i can speak from experience from this and im only about 30 so dont know if that fits your category. but online we can pass wisdom experience and knowledge that you sometimes might not listen to any other way and normally it benifits us just as much as it does younger folks for say you are 80 years old have grand kids and you have situation its easier to ask online and get feed back from young kids and they might be better off for it all my opinion and some of it probably right or wrong its all how you look at it
