Sure you can, just like you can get into trouble for writing something on ANY website, including "private" emails. Asking about weapons of any type, how to find a "hit man", how to "rob a bank", murder someone, or one of numerous coded phrases the FBI, CIA, and Homeland Security searches for in email or on the internet (or, for that matter, answering with a valid answer) COULD get you investigated by one of those or other agencies. Admit a crime of any type, and if the statute of limitations is not up, you COULD be arrested and charged. If the SoL IS up, you could be investigated. Non-Legal, except to AB: Someone on here mistake your serious, joking, sarcastic, or "light-hearted" as an insult, racial slur, putting down a person because of or a person's whole race, religion, political leaning, sexual orientation, etc., and you can become involved in a fight on AB, being DRed just for being you, and/or being Penalty Boxed for a sentence of time from hours to life. Post nekid pix, porn, spam (usually to shopping sites, scam sites, any site that requires you to subscribe, etc., and you are considered a spammer, and if ALL or the vast majority of your questions or answers do that, you will be "nuked" (all of your questions and answers flagged as spam/offensive, removed from any search, your email banned from the site, your username changed to Anonymous, and your login killed).
