No,and that's only because I can't get anyone to play with me.
Yes, in Washington, usually kind of muddy, winter rules so you can clean the inch of mud off your ball.
Yes very often .In the snow it is fine if you use an Orange ball.
Jim plays all year around..of course we live in southern California. Do people golf in the snow? :)
Yes, as long as the golf course is available and there is no snow I play.
Yes, there is a heated driving range by my house.
Yes but I live in New Mexico. But i have been golfing when the ground was frozen and I broke a couple of tee just try to get them in the ground.
Nope. I've also never played golf in the summer or the spring or the fall for that matter
yes, the coldest weather I have played golf in is 14 degrees F. There are no water hazards at that temperature!
No. I think all the local courses close around Thanksgiving and they don't open until mid-March if the weather is acceptable.
Fortunately it doesn't freeze or snow in southern California. Just don't move here because there's already too many people here.
Golf doesn't have to end when the snow falls or temperatures get too cold. There are many options for the golfer who doesn't want to give up his favorite pastime during the winter months. Warm up the cart and play golf in the winter. Serious golfers everywhere warm to the term "sweater weather" and understand that winter golf vacations don't always have to be in the tropics.
I tried, but my hands got to cold and I either got water hazzard or got a really bad score in every hole.
I
Yes and all uyou have to do is go to the dent the ball leaves in the snow and find it that way.

Nope never play it in the winter either.
Yes,very cold.
No, because I've only played it where it snows at that time.

I used to play a few times a week, then I met my husband and he got me to go boating,so I don't golf as much as I used to.

Hey Mrs. A! Getting close to frozen tee time again! I have been practicing by playing down the middle of my street. Ready to lose 9 holes of golf??
by Cruiser on October 30th, 2009
The last time I played with you I used a butter knife for a driver and a wet noodle for a putter and *still* KYA!LOL!Dream on!Didn't your mom ever tell you not to play in the street?lmao!
by Ms.A on October 30th, 2009
Playing in the street is merely a warm up and after 9 holes you will feel like you have been run over. Be prepared missy I will KYA! :0
by Cruiser on October 30th, 2009
How about if I just hit the ball off the first tee into the ninth hole cup so as to save you the long drawn out heartbreak of losing again?
by Ms.A on October 30th, 2009
Losing again?? You really don't remember slipping on the first T and hitting your head do you?? Good thing as the next 9 holes for you were not pretty for you!! But the ponds won't freeze over for another month so you still have some time yet to practice. ;)
