I have been in this situation and it's stomach churningly nerve racking. Don't forget, you do not have to speak to him/her so only call if you are absolutely sure that you want to take it a stage further. So if you are certain that you want to make the call, the longer you leave it the worse the nerves will get, so go somewhere quiet, take a deep breath and make the call...it won't be as bad as you think anyway. If you run out of things to say within the first couple of minutes (not a good sign) make some excuse, like there is someone at the door, or the toaster is on fire and hang up, you don't ever have to speak to them again...don't forget - you are in control. well first it depends what type of number they gave you. if it was a cell phone number, text them first. if not then either be brave and just call them, or give them you number tna let them call you. but dont procrastinate. just remember, that the worst thing that could happen is that it doesnt work out and you end up back to square one. yo have nothing to lose so go for it!
