I have a pre-employment drug test is several days, i do not know if i will pass, but wanted to take the chance, does anyone know if there are reprecusions if i were to fail other then not getting the job?

    if you signed a consent paper you could be charged the complete medical bill covering the cost of the test. if you have a chance, or a copy, reread the form.

    Most diffinitly! Most people do not know that any positive drug test are sent to a state data base, as well an insurance data base. The Insurance data base can be sold to others and so on. It all depends on the state you live in. If it's a "Right To Work" state than the senerio above proboly applies. The test range fromcheap 20.00 test and as much as 570.00 sense the employer paying for the test guess which one your goona get??? of course the cheaper the test the more chances for false positives. It doesnt sound very fair for living in the land of the free?...... Good Luck
