Can you speak without moving your lips?

+...yes and no. Some things, but if I get into the R's or F's and whatnot, then if I do, it totally does not sound like it supposed to. And with what I can actually do (cuz I just tried-lol) I can not do it with my mouth closed, I have to look like the "chesire cat" ....mouth open, teeth clenched but my lips are not moving! LOL...........Now someone who is great at it, is one of my favorite comedians Jeff Dunham! ☺☺

I'm no ventriloquist...but I just found out that I can say "yes I can" without moving my lips. And I know how to say all sorts of other things with body language :)

Depends on who it is - my b/f and one of my closest female friends can understand what I'm saying with my eyes. I can be quite expressive I guess.
