  • Why should one be deserving of extra punishment for the motivation for a crime? The crime has still been committed regardless.
  • Considering that both crimes are under the same category, yeah.
  • Yes, either that or tie them down & thrash their legs with bamboo!
  • Works for me, Hell I think they should take a child molester, baby raper to town square and put a bullet in his head, he's no good to anyone, remember the next kid he gets could be yours.
  • Yes. No one should have crimes committed against them simply because of who they are. So, what if someone is gay? What difference should that make to someone else? As long as no one else is being hurt, one should be allowed to live and love in a manner that allows them to be true to themselves and I have never known any gay person who actually hurt anyone by their sexual preference. Take Adam Lambert for example. Some people are saying (not many thank goodness) that he should not be allowed to win American Idol because he is gay....never mind the fact, in my not so humble opinion and apparently I am not alone in that opinion, that he has more talent and vocal ability than the rest of them combined.
  • Absolutely. Bigotry is bigotry, whether it is race- or orientation-based. If one's hatreds compel them to commit a crime, they should be punished for it.
