Assuming these are hairline cracks, you can use a stucco patch that extrudes like caulk. It is made of a cement-like material and will need to be painted over when you are done. Cracks in stucco can signal foundation problems so make sure you are not just treating the symptom. If you have large chunks missing, you will need to patch with (usually three) layers of stucco.
