Because you can express anything you want. But that comes to a consequence that you are responsible of what you will say. In a country or place where there is no freedom of speech, citizens are afraid to voice out their feelings or emotions because they might be put to jail or worst, killed. When you are given freedom of speech, use it wisely. Do not use to offend or hurt anyone. Use it for your good and the common good.
