I wear shoes called "Chacos"...if it is indeed "choco" it is very nearly chocolate in my mind, so I'd think on a menu somewhere you'd be offered a "choco holics" dessert. :)

tbh its just a shortened term of chocolate in most contexts. i dont know if this is a british thing?

In my country (Netherlands) it's short for chocolate. But not on it's own, more like: "would you like some choco-cookies?" Choco is also used for chocolatemilk, for example in 'hot choco'.
