"subs" is an abbreviation for submissions. According to the first column, it displays the amount of your submissions, as far as Questions, Answers, Comments and Moderation are concerned.
"pts" is the total amount of positive points earned in each of those submission types.
"+ %" is the percentage of positive ratings *received* for each of them.
The "%+ratings given" is the percentage of positive ratings among all the ratings that you *gave*.
