Have you changed the fuel filter? The relay should be under the hood in the fuse/relay box.

My '03 Taurus speedometer moves when stopped, will jerk and have instrument panel light up and might cut off while in gear. Suggestions?

You're reading I have a 98 ford taurus it drives good but after about 15 minutes it dies you sit a while and it starts up again we replaced the fuel pump that did not fix it were thinking maybe a fuel pump relay i need to know where it is located?
